  • How does a pay monthly subscription work?
    Our pay monthly subscription is simple. Select your package, checkout and pay, and we will contact you to start developing your website. The best part is, if you feel like you don't need a website anymore, you can cancel at anytime. There are no cancellation fees, or hidden charges. Your website remains live for as long as you need it to be.
  • How long does it take to make my website?
    It normally takes between 5-14 days to fully develop your website and make it live for the whole world to see. This however, also depends on yourself to get as much information to us as possible to ensure the speedy design of your website.
  • What is your 'ad-hoc' work?
    So, let's say your website was live, and you needed something adding, taking away, editing etc, depending on your plan, depends on how quick we make these changes.
  • Can I pay for my website outright?
    We much prefer you to set up a 'subscription service'. This helps not on you, but ourselves too, as we then do not have to keep sending you invoices or reminders for when your domain or hosting expires, we take care of everything on a month by month basis.
  • I have my own domain, can I still sign up?
    Absolutely, and when it comes to renewing your domain, we shall pay for it! (up to £100)
  • Will my website appear on Google?
    Yes, we make your website appear on Google, and adapt your SEO plan to your needs.
  • What do you need from me to start?
    Once you have selected the package deal you like, we shall contact you with everything we need from you. In the meantime, please look for around 3-5 websites you like the look of so we can see what sort of look you require for your website. The more information you give us about your company, the better your website will turn out.
  • Am I able to log-in to my own website?
    No, as we pay for your domain and hosting plan outright. We also host your website on our account, and due to how many customers we have on our account, we cannot allow individual customers to log in.
  • If I wish to cancel, what do I do?
    Firstly, it would be lovely to know the reason behind the cancellation, as it may be something we can work together to resolve. However, if you no longer need your website, then cancellation is simple. Just log in to your account via our website, and press cancel subscription. We shall get the notification you have cancelled and remove your website offline. It really is that simple. There are no cancellation fees and no hidden charges. However, any payments made to our company are NON REFUNDABLE after cancellation.
